Jordan Tauzer Pardo

Jordan Isabella Tauzer-Pardo, also known as "The Dancing Raven," is a professional dancer, choreographer, dance educator, and Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor passionate about inspiring the next generation of dancers. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance at Dominican University while training with Alonzo King LINES Ballet.

Jordan has performed in concert dance, musical theater, immersive productions, and competitive dance, and has trained nationally on scholarship at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in Los Angeles and the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater Professional Division Intensive in New York City. She has earned numerous regional and national honors, including being named California's Dancer of the Year (CCCPEKD).

In addition to teaching dance, Jordan is a Certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor, bringing expertise in strength, alignment, and injury prevention to her classes. She teaches a wide variety of dance styles and is dedicated to helping every dancer build strong technique, confidence, artistry, and a lifelong love of movement.

Jennifer Young

Jennifer Young was born and raised in Sonoma County, where she began her ballet training at Redwood Empire Ballet School under the directorship of Antonio Mendez and Lynn Morton. She studied the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) curriculum and performed numerous roles, including Clara in The Nutcracker, before continuing her studies at Palesch Dance Theatre under Deborah Palesch.

While continuing her training, Jennifer began teaching at Palesch Dance Theatre, where she discovered her passion for dance education. She went on to teach and choreograph at various studios around Bay Area. While pursuing her college education, Jennifer was invited to perform with Peninsula Ballet Theatre under Carlos K. Carvajal, appearing in Carmina Burana at the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco.

With over 20 years of teaching experience, Jennifer stepped away from teaching to continue her education, earning her Special Education credential and Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, while raising her three kids . She is excited to return to the studio and share her love of ballet while helping dancers build technique, confidence, and a lifelong appreciation for dance.

Amanda Koehn

Amanda Koehn has over 13 years of dance training and 5 years of teaching experience. She began her dance journey as a competitive tap dancer while also training in ballet, jazz, hip hop, and contemporary. Amanda strives to build strong fundamentals while inspiring creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of dance in every student.

Samantha Jimenez has 13 years of training and 5 years of teaching experience. She specializes in hip-hop and contemporary while also teaching lyrical and jazz. Samantha brings energy, creativity, and versatility to every class.

Maren Vaden

Dance Instructor

Maren has been dancing her whole life and is trained in ballet, hip-hop, contemporary, and jazz. She has choreographed performances through Santa Rosa High School’s dance program and loves helping dancers build confidence, express their individuality, and bring personality to their movement. She hopes to pursue a career as a professional dancer and choreographer while inspiring the next generation of dancers.

kaylin & Kensey Fechter

Seasonal Dance Instructors

Kaylin and Kensey Fechter have trained in dance their entire lives and have experience in a wide variety of styles. Beginning at age eight, they competed in both dance and gymnastics, developing a strong foundation in technique, athleticism, and performance. Most recently, Kaylin and Kensey completed their freshman year at the University of Tennessee, where they are members of the university's club dance company. Through their continued training and performance experience, they have developed a deep passion for dance and enjoy sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm with young dancers.

Ella kenny

Dance Instructor

Ella Kenny has over 10 years of dance training across a wide variety of styles, including 6 years of competitive dance. She specializes in styles of contemporary, jazz, and lyrical but has a love for all dance.

Ella began her dance journey at the Academy of Danse in Napa, where she developed her passion and love for the art. She is passionate about creating a positive and encouraging environment where students can discover their own love for dance.

Julia casarez

Dance Instructor

Julia Casarez is an award-winning dance instructor, choreographer, and competitive dancer with a passion for helping people discover what they are capable of on the dance floor. Her training began with a diverse foundation in ballet, jazz, tap, musical theatre, and social dance before expanding into Latin and Ballroom styles including Salsa, Bachata, Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing, Waltz, Tango, Foxtrot, and more. As both a competitor and instructor, Julia has experience working with dancers at every stage of their journey, from students taking their very first steps to beginners she has helped develop into confident performers ready to take the stage. Her teaching combines strong fundamentals with musicality and performance that keeps students engaged while enjoying the learning process.
