No partner? No experience? No problem! This fun, welcoming class introduces adults to the excitement of Latin and Ballroom dance through easy-to-follow combinations, movement, and exercise! Build confidence, improve coordination, get a great workout, and make new friends—all while learning to dance in a relaxed social environment. Come move, have fun, and dance your way to feeling great!
